Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Field Technician to provide comprehensive support within our Wenatchee office and at various client locations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a versatile environment, combining technical prowess with outstanding client interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and install workstations. Support client transfer of data and software.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve workstation hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Setup, install and troubleshoot network equipment (firewalls, switches, access points).
- Uphold stringent security protocols to protect networks from threats and vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- Associates’ or above in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician, with MSP background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012-2022).
- Experience with network infrastructure components like firewalls, access points, and switches.
- Experience with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti strongly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client, vendor, and team interactions.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $25 - $32 per hour depending upon qualifications.

Work Schedule and Location:
- Standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional on-call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
- Reliable transportation required to travel to client locations.
