We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. 

 
Job Description: 

As a Sales Development Representative at Firefly, you will play a crucial role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by engaging in outbound sales activities, including cold outreach via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify leads, schedule Network Assessments, and initiate Sales Quote Request tickets for hardware opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our sales leadership team to continually improve and optimize sales materials and templates. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct daily cold outreach to potential clients via phone and email. 
  • Identify and qualify leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile. 
  • Schedule Network Assessments to evaluate clients' IT infrastructure and cybersecurity needs. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities. 
  • Track and report daily outreach numbers to measure performance and progress. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and enhance sales materials and templates. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate our value proposition. 
  • Attend regular training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge. 
  • Attend and contribute within regularly scheduled sales meetings. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Previous experience in sales development or outside sales role is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage prospects effectively. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. 
  • Comfortability with daily cold outreach via phone call and Email.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Familiarity with PSA/CRM software (e.g., Autotask, VCIO) is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity concepts is an advantage but not mandatory. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
