Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative at Firefly, you will play a crucial role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by engaging in outbound sales activities, including cold outreach via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify leads, schedule Network Assessments, and initiate Sales Quote Request tickets for hardware opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our sales leadership team to continually improve and optimize sales materials and templates.
